Congressmen in Financial Circle Propose Ma Wei-hua pointed out that current domestic annual lease volume is about 35 billion yuan that less than 1% in the United States, 2% in Japan even less than 10% in Korea and penetration is only 1.37% that far from 20%--30% in developed countries. Finance Lease Law must be considered and promulgated as soon as possible and VAT, VAT in import, tax preference should be clearly clarify for custom duty, custom duty may related in import business etc related to finance leasing business and broadening financing channel, helping securitization of leasing business.
