In the 2008 China Ship and Financial Summit on April 28, such comment is given that at present time lease financing for ship should be greatly developed for promoting specialization of financial institutions and credit rating of enterprises and using advanced model of other countries so that China shall forward into number one of shipbuilding around the world.
